Catch 22?

Hello everyone,

I just joined commision junction and noticed that some affiliates must manually review you site. Now if you are doing a site based on their product(s) how could you create it if you don't have their links/blessing yet?

I'm assuming they just want to make sure you're not just slapping a bunch of ads on to a plain, irrelevant website, but that their product is being promoted at the right place with quality content to back it up.

But its really not too hard to just start a blog with a few relevant entries, add some images to the site, and submit it for review. It doesn't necessarily have to be solely about their product, but perhaps it could be about the product category as a whole.

I just used my blog for reference, seemed to get approved for most....
