Hello!
I'm actually barely getting involved in the world of AM, and was reading on another forum about this great training course offered by Jeremy Palmer. Which led me here.
Up till now, I have been very active in the domain community. Buying generic .com's has been my passion for the past year and a half (It still is to a degree), and has provided me with the privilege of being able to be home with my wife and three young kids. It's been great!
I am ready to move on to the next level, which I believe is AM. The thing about about being involved in buying and selling domains, is that it is all dependant on my ability to find a buyer. Lately buyers have not been nearly as active, having me a little concerned. My plan has always been to eventually develop some of the names I have accumulated (Less.com, HomeGarden.com, Copy.com, Behavior.com etc...) but I feel now is the time to get started. I am really looking for a way to create a consistent income that my family can rely on, and I'm convinced Affiliate Marketing is the answer.
I am starting from scratch, with VERY little web development skills. So I have a lot to learn! I am hungry to achieve though, and will not allow myself to fail. Hopefully with the help of this forum, and this incredible course of Jeremy Palmer's I am about to start, I can get this figured out.

Yes, actually I did register for BIP 2 yesterday. Just waiting for an email to tell me how to access this so I can get started.
I'm really excited about this because it's really the only resource out there that will baby step a newbie through Affiliate Marketing. Learning purely off of the forums has been a little frustrating because everyone assumes you should automatically know how to do everything. I definitely don't, so I am very much looking forward to taking it slow and learning the right way! I still find it incredible that this course is offered for free. It's the kind of thing I would gladly pay for!
Far as selling domains is concerned: Don't think in terms of quantity, but quality. I really haven't sold many names, but the ones I have sold have been higher quality and for more money. I own maybe a hundred names or so.

Welcome - and what NICE domains! Those must have cost you a bit (unless you're the original registrant, in which case I'm VERY jealous :) ), but great investment in any case!
Thanks Jersey Girl! It was all blood, sweat and tears that I was able to acquire these domains. I often think about my missed opportunity in the mid 90's when dictionary words were available for the taking. Kind of painful to think about!
